This image was taken on perhaps on one of those days that will stand out for a long time. Rainbows, fantastic sunsets, wild weather on Lake Superior, fall colors - this day had it all. This stunning scene on the Hiawatha National Forest was captured after several hours and was after I was almost ready to pack it in for the morning.Spent part of the morning along side two other photographers whom I know, Nick Bristol from Wisconsin and Dean Pennala from Kalamazoo, Michigan. We had a blast watching the rainbows magically appear over the lake.
